There is no ” best” way…because it can’t be done.
When optical lenses are scratched, they have to be replaced.
You can’t rub out those scratches on your specs!

One of my lenses of my glasses are all scratched up and it is blurry vision that I get out of it!
Sorry. If you want nick-free glasses, you better buy some new ones…..!

Like footprintz said, no way to remove them. However, if they are less than a year old you may be able to get them replaced once under warranty. Can’t hurt to ask. Otherwise you will have to deal with them until your next exam.
i’ve read on this in the internet a few years back and tried on it. it says to use a bit of toothpaste and water to remove scratches… well maybe it’s me, but it did work for small scratches.
Ditto answer one. The most common way people think they can do this is by grinding down the area that is scratched and “buffing” it out…but that actually changes the curve of the lens, thereby changing the prescription…
