they’re called RX (prescription) frames. i know because i am an optical tech.

If you are purchasing them from some place OTHER than a doctor’s office or other retail optical, you want to find frames that are ophthalmic quality. Some of them will say “Rx’able” on the tag or on the demo lenses.
