I have a pair of Ralph Lauren plastic resin frames..I had to replace a pair that broke and I need to pop out the fake lense that comes in them and put in my prescription lenses. The lenses were made for the same exact sunglasses, so they will fit. Does anyone know how I would do this safely without harming the frames? They dont budge at all when I try to push them out….

Just push it out gentely.
I would have a eyeglass store do it for you! They are probably your best hope! good luck!
Try a pot of hot water let them sit for awhile and try! It should expand the frames enough to get them out!
just unskrew the skrews on the side of the glasses and then when your done you can put the skrews and your glasses in a zip lock bag and boom your done! or if your too scared to try that you can take the glasses to where your getting your percription linses and ask them to take them out.
